In York:

Friday 9th February

Our theme is “First Folio Masquerade”, celebrating the generations leading up to, and inspired by, the First Folio. 400 years ago the Winter of 1623 to 24 was warmed by the First Folio, arguably the greatest work of English literature, published seven years after the death of William Shakespeare. Bill suggests it will be fun to dress as someone in the First Folio, with a mask.
